I am not aware of any such translations. However, I did learn from Prof. Don Boudreaux (chair of the Economics Department at George Mason University in Virginia, USA), that someone was translating some of Bastiat's letters into English.  I would be interested in knowing whether there are any other Bastiat translations in process.
