After we developed the algorithm got Matthew Fuchs to analize it, in his 
analysis he asserted that the algorithm was correct, he also mentioned 
there were issues with concurrent requests that we addressed in 
implementation. Although I am 100% sure that there is more work to be 
done in this regard, both formally and in implementation.
