[gclist] Alleged polls and other chain letters

Please do not send any sort of chain letter to the GC list.  The
Philipston school "poll" turns out to be a fake, like every other e-mail
chain letter I've ever seen. 

In the future, anyone who sends a chain letter to the list will be booted 
off without notice.
