[gclist] Dec alpha threads version.

Ian Piumarta announced a port to DEC and MIT pthreads a while ago.  It's
referenced from my GC page.  It's at ftp://alix.inria.fr/pub/gc/.

Unfortunately, a generic pthreads port is impossible, given the current pthread
standard.  There are ports to 3 or 4 different versions of pthreads.  The Irix
one may be the only port that uses only pthreads calls.  But it relies on
extensions of the semantics of those calls which are known to not be supported
by Sun or DEC.  Those ports use other approaches.
