This submission has several significant weaknesses of content and style.
I'd have to give it a "reject".

You begin with a recommendation, but don't provide a motivation or
a compelling argument.  (I also suspect that you've never managed
to successfully implement the recommendation yourself, or motivate
others to do so.)

The remainder of the submission only shows your complete
ignorance of the subject matter of this forum.  Have you even
read the standard survey on automatic storage management?   I
suspect you haven't.  This is inexcusable.

Finally, this submission shows a lack of basic writing skills,
and poor punctuation.  Fully half the sentences lack an ending
punctuation mark, and your caps key appears to be stuck.
