[gclist] Looking for references to work on locality

Hello all,

I am doing some work on the effect of memory allocators on locality of
reference.  So far, the only paper that I have found is Grunwald, Zorn
and Henderson: "Improving the Cache Locality of Memory Allocation".  I
am aware of the work done on locality of garbage collected systems.
However, I am primarily interested in non-moving memory allocation.

If any of you can point me to some related work, I would appreciate it.
