[gclist] graph reduction: code wanted

As a part of a project on comparing cyclic reference counting gc I'd like to 
get a graph reduction machine from which I intend to start experiments about 
recycling cycles. I would like to request you to point out any source where 
I can get source code for a graph reduction machine, preferebly with 
(cyclic) reference counting embedded and in the 'C' language.
