ADCapital Industries (ADCS) has recently announced that its Auto Emission Post Regulator prototype can beat California Governor Schwarzenegger's strict emission reduction targets by an outstanding 47%! Independent tests of AdCapital Industries technology revealed a 97% reduction in the largest contributor to smog (NOx). 
The governor called for a 50% reduction in pollution by the end of this decade. 
He tells ADCapital industries via a letter that he will "solve California's smog problem with the use of new emission reduction technologies." 

We believe this is exciting news because the only method of reaching these strict standards is to implement new technology. ADCapital Industries replied to Governor Schwarzenegger and is awaiting his response.
