Some global travel will be necessary during product rollouts.

Strong technical architecture and middleware technology skills.
Experience with Linux and preferably Solaris and Windows tuning,
monitoring, and operating system internals.

A key responsibility would include leading effective governance over the
entire portfolio.
High motivation with attention to detail and the ability to learn
quickly. The candidate will have responsibility for the evaluation of
the batch configuration; perform hands on research and development
activities to evaluate alternatives to batch performance enhancements.
Development on substantive application software products. The ability to
effectively manage individuals in other divisions and when to question
accepted wisdom and challenge the experts.

Bachelor degree required. The ability to quickly learn and apply new
technologies.
This position also shares support responsibility for all systems owned
by the team.

Knowledge of Money Markets and Fixed Income products and processing.
Strong experience in Mainframe and distributed application performance
testing.
Intermediate UNIX shell programming skills.
