[LispM] Nevermore release

Hello all, 

Since Daniel let the cat out of the bag, and I'm getting really close to 
burning out on this again (trying to figure out why GDOS isn't loading 
sucks), I thought I'd better make another release. This will be the last 
Nevermore release of the year. I plan on doing Something Else for at least a 
month.
