[LispM] LMH list back up

Hi,

There has been growing interest in the various lisp machine emulation
projects, so I decided to revive the old "lispm-hackers" list.

The mailing list is "lispm-hackers at mail.unlambda.com" (although, I think
lispm-hackers at unlambda.com should work also).

I never had a list of who was on the old list, unfortunately.

I did find I had a mail archive from last summer and tried to add to it
things I had in my inbox which were from the [LMH] list.  So, the
archive should be reasonably complete.

I don't like to hijack other peoples mailing lists, but it doesn't seem
like the tunes lispm list was the right place to be for lisp machine
emulation projects.  As always, feel free to disagree...
