[LispM] Lambda Software Release 5.0 (Prototype)

The last official Lambda software release was 4.0, with 5.0 in work when things came to an end. The 5.0 prototype has multiple deficiencies.

To address these we are attempting to complete the 5.0 release work and issue a 5.0 release. The release is experimental, but should mature as things progress.

The installation kit is available at https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/ds.storage.0000/Lambda-Release5.tar.gz <https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/ds.storage.0000/Lambda-Release5.tar.gz> Bugs may be reported to this list.

Most notably, the Chaosnet Y2K issue that breaks make-system should be fixed.
