How many developer do we have?

Before we decide on any authoritative structure or on any goals to be
reached, I think we should collect a list of people on this mailing
list, which are willing to do any actual development maybe together
with their skills [OS hacker, application developer, compiler guru
etc.]. So we get an overview over the resources we have and could
judge based upon that.

I would like to know how many programmers are there willing to
develop? How many are we 5? 10? 30? more?
