My experience has been on Symbolics, and now on ACL.

At Nichimen we are heavy users of CL/CLOS/MOP for real-time
computer-graphics, so my expertise is mostly in:

code optimization
foreign language interfacing
graphical user interfaces (yes we do have our own in CLOS/MOP)
3D graphics
software architecture in general
