At some point, it would be nice if a person maintain a web site that keep
tabs on all the different people that have documents or programs to
share. Maybe even a FAQ indicating, among other things, the longstanding
disagreements. Together, we've only got 1200 messages in two mailing
lists, so I think things aren't so out of control.
On a related note, I've noticed some folks are not particularly taken
with this notion of a persistent store. Any interest in splitting
to another list?
