Experience: A lot of C and C++ and Smalltalk with a lot of work with
ODBMSes. I worked for a ODBMS vendor at one stage and know a fair bit
about file system and DB implementation. I've used a lot of languages
but like Lispish ones the best. I use mostly Scheme for my own
purposes.
 

Special areas of interest: I'm very interested in things to do with
databases. I'm also interested in writing little general purpose
utilities and tools.


Areas prepared to work on: Utilities, or database-ish things.

Level of commitment: Depends on how the project develops as I tend to
be very busy. While I find things to do with core lisp implementations
extremely interesting I don't have the time to commit to some of these
low level things just now. I might devote several nights a week, when
there is a base on which to work, and some consensus on general
direction.
