CL functionality in SchemeOS

Things which do not compensate for its weakness as a language.

I've used Scheme, and what it has that CL does not have only
makes CL a bit of an annoyance, whereas what CL has that Scheme
does not have makes Scheme weak.

I have Common Lisp, so I don't need SLIB.
