What about the StrongArm 1100. The chip was developed by Digital
Semiconductor and transferred to Intel as part of the settlement. You could
find the specifications on the Intel Site
http://developer.intel.com/design/strong/sa1100.htm

The chip has an highly integrated design and is especially designed for
Network Computers and portables (Low power consumtion, display controler,
dsp, usb,... on board).
