Max 0.2 Released

The mailing list couldn't handle my PGP signature and removed some
headers on my last email- I got it back with no subject, from
max-bounces at tunes.org.  So in case you didn't see it...

I released Max 0.2 yesterday.  Check out http://max.tunes.org/ for
details.

There's already one commit since release, so use darcs if you can.  If
you do, you'll either need noweb and make to build the lisp files in
the top-level directory, or copy max/*.lisp from the release archive
into your darcs tree.
