Announcing: Max 0.4

Hello, 

I've released Max 0.4.  It mostly just adds 3D text, and flying is more fun.
I spent a lot of time learning monads and making an intricate virtual machine
graph interpreter, that's not really shown in the demo yet (except as an OR gate
you can interact with), so you'd have to read the source to see what it's about.

Like 0.3, this is a source release; you will need 'git' to download Max:  

    git clone http://max.tunes.org/max.git

Then read doc/INSTALL for dependencies and build instructions.
