I hoped someone could fix these links. Maybe move them in a section
at the end of the document...
Thanks for your bug report and suggestions. If no one integrates them
by the time I'm back from vacation, I'll do it.

Sure. Just become a member, and edit the page on CVS to include such critique!

Now, we also have a Wiki; it's just not much used or advertised.
