Broken ink update and suggestions

1- In the "languages" section the link to "JO's infamous article on
Scripting languages"
is admittedly broken. The update is the following:

3- topspeed (just some rows below) seems no longer to be in business, and
www.topspeed.com does not respond.

2- `C (read tickc) is a language with dynamic code generation. Its page is
at
http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/tickc/ - may be interesting.
