Excerpt from Fishell home page:
    http://fishell.sourceforge.net/

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[..] fishell [is] a command/system shell, configurable with logic programming.
It interprets its own language; Fishript, a relational, language that
seamlessly embeds the built-ins of some underlying shell. It is known
to work with; bash, ksh, tclsh, tcl, and expect. It possibly works
with the lot of the tcl extensions.

Interactively it looks like the underlying shell and allows for piping
and redirection, from and to utils, files, and predicates at the prompt,
or from a file or two."
