Among the links on computational reflection I found nice this one:

http://prog.vub.ac.be/ - Programming technology lab at Vrije Universiteit
Brussel. With works on reflection and metaprogramming; notably see the
(online) dissertations.
Have also a look at the Courses section, for courses: Interpretation of
computer programs 1
Interpretation of computer programs 2, Principles of Object Oriented
Languages (with material).
The latter also covers computational reflection, the former two mainly
metacircular interpretation.
The language Pico has been developed for these courses.
