Upcoming programmers' manual

In preparation for an upcoming conference on Lisp programming (where Slate
will be formally presented) and then the OOPSLA conference (where I'll be
informally-presenting it ;), I am putting together a manual for potential
Slate developers. A running snapshot of it will be online at:

Comments are, of course, very welcome, but it's largely incomplete in
areas. I should be able to get it into a final shape in another day or
two.
