FileStream next

After much debugging and design consideration, I simply promoted
FileHandle to have full stream capabilities, with the name FileStream.
There are still some problems in that EOF-handling is not taken care of
automatically, and there is no real buffering implicitly provided.
However, this leaves a very usable basic implementation, and I can add the
other features fairly easily. The old FileStream implementation was just
confused, and was even confusing me. :P

I'm sorry about the delay; I've also had some side things taking up my
time.
