Hi, I just tried Slate on Windows.
I had to change line 459 of src/numeric.slate from
_NegativeEpsilon to _ at NegativeEpsilon to make it work.
I like the idea of a Smalltalk combined with Self.
I'll begin to play with it, and keep you inform.
