New manuals online

New copies of all the manuals in each format (html, postscript, pdf) are 
now uploaded to http://slate.tunes.org/doc/ . If you have time and 
interest, give them another look and suggestions, please. (Note: the UI 
doc will not be substantially changed before release - as it is not 
running yet).
