[ANN] Slate 0.3 Released!

I've tested what's available from the alpha directory and current CVS,
which is I assume equivalent to 0.3.

Congratulations guys!  It looks beautiful.  This release is an amazing
leap relative to 0.2.  Kudos on this achievement.
