patch to build slate on dragonflybsd

patch is against latest CVS

fixes:
 - get-alpha works without /bin/sh=bash (regex expansion needs a more
fancy shell)
 - two times sys/types.h was necessary to use ssize_t
 - the LIBTOOL variable can be overridden at the command line (it's
called libtool13 here)
 - on DragonFly libdl is not necessary (same for some other systems,
but didn't bother to add those as I couldn't test it anyway)
