collection conditions + some bugfix

hi!

there's a little issue left: DescriptiveConditionMixin defined newWith:,
the same i define on Collection Condition for the collection from which
the signal comes. because of this the CollectionIsEmpty signal holds Nil
for the collection. i will fix it later, but what is the right way to do
this? turn DescriptiveConditionMixin's newWith into newWithDescription?
