[ANN] Slate 0.3.1 Released

Slate 0.3.1 is now available from the downloads area on the main site. 
It consists of many major bugfixes and minor feature enhancements; it 
is strongly preferred that 0.3.1 be the default usage target for now.

This release represents a stable launching point for some intense 
development which is forthcoming (incorporating a lot of code that has 
been seen here on the mailing list, and the infrastructure improvements 
needed to handle that). Support for message-cascading, introspection on 
method signatures, and object paths and searches was added. Collection 
iteration protocols were improved, many bugs were fixed, areas where 
the system was sensitive to bugs were hardened to avoid recursive bug 
activation. Image saves can be performed on the fly as well. A simple 
internationalization framework is also included.

The instructions for usage in README have been updated slightly, so 
please review them. Detailed changes are listed in NEWS.
