tests/dictionary.slate to test IdentityDictionary.

Just for slating[1] I added the checks for IdentityDictionary for Dictionary 
(in tests/dictionary.slate). I also did some minor correction and comments 
(that may not be wanted). So, this is the patch.
Please, take a look at it and tell me if I did something wrong (in any way) so 
I can learn.
