Slate syntax highlighting for Kate.

Cool. Can we rename it to slate-kate.xml and expect Kate to still work 
with it (so it's clear in etc/ what "slate.xml" is for)? Also, is there 
a makefile-snippet you can include to install it to one of these areas 
robustly (i.e. so it doesn't try it if KDE is not installed)?
