New bootstraps prevented by a patch

If you are trying to bootstrap new images and VM's, the patch named  
"Simple Debugger clean-ups..." which modifies debugger.slate is  
causing problems when bootstrapped, even though the resulting  
debugger.slate can be loaded into a live image without negatively  
impacting Debugger functionality.

You can avoid it by "darcs unpull -p Debugger". I'll issue a fix  
shortly.
