SDL/Cairo/Morph screenshot under Mac OS X

For Mac fans who want to try this at home,

1. Update your repository, VM sources, and image
2. Install SDL & Cairo
3. Apply the patch at http://paste.lisp.org/display/14767#1 to 
slate/main/common.mk
4. Rebuild your VM.
5. Follow the Linux build directions in slate/main/src/ui/README

The common.mk patch isn't in the repository because it's just a 
temporary workaround.
