Hi!
Indeed the new alpha VM and image have fix my #callFormat problem.

I have a problem with IsModeAvailableWithWidth: height: bpp: flags: .
It seems to always return Nil.

I have added BlitSurface and LoadBMP.
loadBMP: filename
  seems to segfaults, deploying SDL parachute.

blitSurface is yet untested
