[PATCH]: converter

Hi,
now you can call:
('test' reader >> Base64Encoder >> Base64Decoder >> Stack new) as: String.
This returns: 'test'.

As you can see I moved most of Encoder/Decoder into Converter and 
renamed the encode/decode methods to convert.
