New images up with fixes

I'm still having the same problem, but I'm not sure if
this is related to the problem that I had with the
makefile or not.

I initially encountered a runtime error with "darcs
pull" and the repositories were locked so, being
impatient, I trash it and re-get the whole thing.

After the re-get, I ran "make full-clean" in which the
bootstrap files were wiped out, but were not
re-downloaded, so I had to run "make vm.c vm.h
little.image" to get those files manually (this is
detailed in another reply to the makefile changes).

I built the VM using VS2005 beta. Loaded up
little.image, and the heap blew up at module.slate
again.
