Bytecode changes and byte-compiler changes

New alpha images and VM's are available on the website with some
clean-ups in the underlying bytecode engine and the stack/frame
representation. Lee has done this in the interest of improving
ensure: handling and making Slate more efficient at handling closures
(specifically, inlining them wherever possible).
He has also mentioned that the VM's format will likely change more in
the interest of providing a smooth transition to Slate's next step of
utilizing a binary compiler.
For the most part, none of this should be felt by the end-user,
although of course the image incompatibility means you'll need to do
a full upgrade and/or build to use this.
