Language Tutorial Problem

I've reproduced it with HEAD and wget, and FireFox-based browsers.

Yet, Safari seems totally immune to this problem, even after flushing  
its cache and so forth.

I am inclined to try splitting the page up to see if page size  
matters or content. I may try that soon, or not if some other factor  
is determined to matter.

Ken Causey is also looking at it; this is a curious problem.
