Sorted collection patches

Hi,

Comparision and the #add: protocol did not work (well for integers it 
did) on SortedSet-s. This won't fix the insertion problem fully, but 
it's a step on the way to it. A hope to get it done by tomorrow, the 
test suite is done by now.
