File handle-creation primitives renamed

The manual states that open:/openForInput:/openForOutput:/openNew:  
return file handles. This is correct but entirely irrelevant to the  
Slate user's goals. They are removed from the manual in most recent  
revisions but the online copy does not reflect this yet.

I have gone a step further just now and renamed them to:

handleFor:
handleForInput:
handleForOutput:
handleForNew:

to entirely clarify the situation. They'll be bootstrapped in tomorrow.
