I hope it was alright with you, so I sent it off.

I don't know how you'd like to do this, I'll send over the .charter files 
as messages to you in the next day or two for discussion, vote, and 
announce.  If you could create the charter.members and charter.projects 
files that would be great.  And you should already have the charter file 
in your mailbox.  Actually the charter.projects file is the following, 
just clip it out
