development process

[Jecel Assumpcao Jr]

I found the SCRUM development process, described in
papers mentioned in Jeff Sutherland's page
(http://www.tiac.net/users/jsuth/), very well matched
to projects like Tunes or Merlin.

What I was doing already was pretty close to it, but
it adds some more organization. The only problem
is that it supposes that it is possible to have
frequent face-to-face meetings.
