"Why a New OS"

Dear Tunespeople,
   I must submit a readable draft of my "Why a New OS" to my professors
on monday, and have a definitive version by the end of the week.
   The first five chapters have been completely rewritten,
and though the rest is mostly a draft, I have it clearly in my head now,
except for some nice transitions between chapters,
and ordering of Part III chapters.
   Any help, comments on finished and unfinished parts,
are welcome !
