project status

OK, I'd like to request a project status report.

I want to make two lists: 

1. What everyone is working on for TUNES.  I'd like to make an official
list, to put on the web page.  Right now, from what I hear, we have 4 or 5
people working on separate projects with little or no communication, and
everyone feels like they are getting nowhere.

2. What things we are looking for help on, to post on the web page in a
"help wanted" section.  I already know the TUNES web pages, and the Review
web pages need work.  Other things besides web pages are welcome.  If no
one thinks of anything, I'll make a list out of what's not in the first
list.
