'Homepage' of Knowledge Level Reflection

I think that the arrow paper can trigers some interest around
knowledge-level reflection. There is real programs around this
that can be try, like the MetaKit, although I did not try that
myself.

Although Brian's paper did summarize the principal notions, I
believe the reading of the stuff there could be seen as
prerequisite to the reading of arrow paper.
