[ANN] OIL v0.1.6 (transactions)

Dear all,

I've just released OIL version 0.1.6. You can get it from the
following place :

    http://perso.cybercable.fr/martelli/oil_0.1.6.tar.gz

It features transaction management. I think that Faré will be glad to
here this since it avoids having unconsistent states of the system
(see his article "formalizing the notion of implementation"). You can
find (a little) more in the tutorial.

I looks like I have now no other thing to do but implement oil in oil
so that we can take full advantage of oil in the implementation of the
interpreter.
