Hello Tuners,

I always felt the project at www.askemos.org to be related to the
TUNES ideas.  Though I might be wrong. (Am I?) Unfortunately the web
site is not yet really well organized.  Now I finished a paper draft
about it.

I'm really interested in all kind of comments (from language to
clarity and additions, let alone mistakes).  It's still a draft,
that's why there is a somewhat restrictive copyright note attached.
